Madhya Pradesh Sub Inspector (MPSI) Exam is a state level recruitment examination to select candidates for the post of Sub Inspector in Madhya Pradesh. This exam is organized every year by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB). MPPEB conducts a written exam for the recruitment of candidates to technical and non technical posts of Subedar, Sub Inspector (SI) and Platoon Commander.

Technical Posts:- ►Sub Inspector (Ordnance) ►Sub Inspector (Q.D.) ►Sub Inspector (Radio) ► Sub Inspector (Finger Print)

Non Technical Posts:- ►Subedar ►Sub Inspector (Dist. Force) ►Sub Inspector (Special Branch) ►Platoon Commander

MPSI Examination Selection Process:-

First Stage: Written Exam Second Stage: Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Physical Endurance Test (PET) and Interview.

Syllabus for written examination:- 1. Technical Post- Science (Physics, Chemistry & Maths), Proficiency in Hindi, English and General Knowledge.

2. Non Technical Posts- Proficiency in Hindi, English and General Knowledge Note: ► The written test will be multiple choice objective type ► There will be no negative marking.

Physical Measurement Test (PMT):- ► Minimum required height male – 167.5 cms female – 152.4 cms

► Chest (for male only) – 81-86 cms (minimum 05 cms expansion compulsory)

Physical Endurance Test (PET):- Task 1: Running 800 meters Male – Must complete 800 meters within 2 minutes 40 seconds Female – Must complete 800 meters within 3 minutes 15 seconds

 

Task 2: Long Jump (3 chances) Male – Minimum 13 ft. Female – Minimum 10 ft.

Task 3: Shot Put (Gola Phenk – 3 chances) Male – 7.26 kg Shot, minimum throwing distance 19 ft. Female – 4 kg Shot, minimum throwing distance 15 ft.

Interview:- ►Candidates qualifying in Physical Test are eligible to appear in interview ►Interview is the final round test to check the personality of the candidate ►Try to know the different aspects of your personality. Think positive about your knowledge and believe in your strengths ►Dress neat, be comfortable with what you wear. Look professional and clean. ►Be truthful to yourself and answer confidently
